below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the
voting rights in REpower Systems AG, Überseering 10, 22297 Hamburg, Germany
("REpower"), and held 0 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 0.00% of the
voting rights in REpower, on that day.
2. We further notify you in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto, Portugal, that on
5 June 2009 Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. has fallen below the thresholds of 75%, 50%,
30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the voting rights in REpower and held 0
voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 0.00% of the voting rights in
REpower, on that day.
3. We further notify you in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, that on 5 June 2009 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. has fallen
below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the
voting rights in REpower and held 0 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to
0.00% of the voting rights in REpower, on that day.
4. We further notify you in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, that on 5 June 2009 F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. has
fallen below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of
the voting rights in REpower and held 0 voting rights in REpower, corresponding
to 0.00% of the voting rights in REpower, on that day.

name and on behalf of Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota, 4300-454
Oporto, Portugal, that on 5 June 2009 Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da
Mota has fallen below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%
and 3% of the voting rights in REpower and held 0 voting rights in REpower,
corresponding to 0.00% of the voting rights in REpower, on that day.

name and on behalf of Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota, 4300-454

name and on behalf of Mr. Carlos Martins, Portugal, that on 5 June 2009 Mr.
Carlos Martins has fallen below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% of the voting rights in REpower and held 0 voting rights in
REpower, corresponding to 0.00% of the voting rights in REpower, on that day.
