voting rights fall below the threshold of 3 %

Neuberger Berman LLC and its parent company Neuberger Berman Holdings
LLC (formerly: Neuberger Berman Inc.), both New York/USA, notified us
on July 8, 2009, pursuant to article 21 section 1 WpHG that the
percentage of voting rights in our company fell below the threshold
of 3 % on November 20, 2008, and amounts to 2.98 % as of that date.
The voting rights are attributed to Neuberger Berman LLC pursuant to
article 22 section 1 sentence 1 Nr. 6 WpHG while the voting rights
are attributed to Neuberger Berman Holdings LLC (formerly: Neuberger
Berman Inc.) pursuant to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 Nr. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
