10 September 2008 - The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of
OnVista AG (DE0005461602) have decided to suspend the operation of its
address brokerage portal Namendo. For OnVista AG, this decision results in
a pre-tax book loss in the region of close to seven digits. OnVista's
concentration on its core business financial markets, which was subject of
the change in strategy announced in November 2007, has been fully realized
with the discontinuation of the operation of Namendo.
