Hamburg – 05th March 2010 – KWG Kommunale Wohnen AG will be changing to the
Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with effect from 8th March
2010. The application for listing has been approved by Deutsche Börse AG.
The listing partner will be Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG. In comparison
with the Open Market, listing of the company’s shares in the Entry Standard
brings with it stricter transparency and publicity requirements. KWG CEO
Stavros Efremidis says: ‘Up to now we have fulfilled nearly all the
requirements, so that the change is an obvious step that will bring KWG an
increasing level of attention from investors.’
