Frankfurt, 13. March 2010. Vtion Wireless Technology AG announces a
preliminary net income figure of Euro 16.55 million for the FY 2009.
The company also announces that the income tax as reported in the Q3 report
needs to be adjusted. A deferred tax liability with the amount of Euro 1.18
million has to be recorded as of September 30, 2009. Income tax expenses
increase by Euro 1.18 million accordingly. The company’s 9 months net
income was originally stated as Euro 13.88, but with the correction of the
corporate income tax as one-off effect the actual net income for the 9
months 2009 is Euro 12.7 million.
Vtion Wireless Technology AG has scheduled the release of its 2009 Annual
Report for April 22, 2010.
