DVB Bank AG (DVB) sets subscription price for rights issue
At its meeting on 9 April 2008, the Board of Managing Directors of DVB
adopted a resolution in principle to exercise its authorisation under the
Authorised Capital 2006; this resolution was approved by the Supervisory
Board on 10 April 2008.
On 11 June 2008, the Board of Managing Directors resolved to exercise its
authorisation, under the Authorised Capital 2006, to increase the Company's
share capital against a cash contribution, which was approved by the
Supervisory Board on the same day. This resolution included a provision
that the Board of Managing Directors would determine the issuing price at a
later date, within a range of EUR216.00 and EUR225.00 (inclusive).
Details regarding the aforementioned resolutions were published by way of
ad-hoc disclosures issued on 10 April 2008 and 11 June 2008 respectively.
Fulfilling its resolution adopted on 11 June 2008, the Board of Managing
Directors resolved on 18 June 2008 to fix the subscription price at EUR225.00
per new notional no-par value share ('unit share').
