Pfleiderer AG proposes to carry forward unappropriated profits
Neumarkt, March 18, 2009. At today's Supervisory Board meeting, the
Supervisory Board of MDAX-listed Pfleiderer Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN
DE0006764749) resolved to propose to the company's Annual Shareholders'
Meeting in June 23, 2009 that the unappropriated profits from the year 2008
should be carried forward to new account.
The Pfleiderer Group is thus reacting to the current uncertainty of the
financial markets. Pfleiderer AG is of the view that its policy of strict
cost management provides a stable basis to emerge strengthened from the
current financial and economic crisis.
