Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Ltd., London, England, notified us in
their name and on their behalf on 02 September 2008 of the following
revocation of a notification regarding the holding of voting rights held in
Deutsche Börse AG according to §§ 21, 22 WpHG:
Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Ltd. hereby revokes its notification
of voting rights dated 11 April 2008 regarding Deutsche Börse AG, Neue
Börsenstraße 1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, made public on 16 April 2008 as at
the time stated in the notification, no thresholds had been reached and
thus no obligation of notification existed.
This notification is based on the fact that Barclays Global Investors UK
Holdings Ltd fulfils the requirements of § 32 para. 2 through 4 InvG, § 22
para. 3a WpHG, § 29a para. 3 WpHG.
