On  September 10, 2008, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Erlenstrasse
2, 60325 Frankfurt am Main,  Germany, informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1, Article 22, Section 1 Sentence 1 No 6 of the WpHG that on
September 8, 2008 its Voting Rights with respect to IVG Immobilien AG,
Zanderstr. 5-7, 53177 Bonn, exceeded the threshold of 3% through shares and
that it held on that date an amount equal to 3.45% (this corresponds to
3,996,741 Voting Rights).
Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH holds an amount equal to 0.59% (this
corresponds to 680,337 Voting Rights) directly and according to Article 22,
Section 1 Sentence 1 No 6 of the WpHG (Spezialfonds) 2.86% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 3,316,404 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company.
