Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, gave notice pursuant to § 21
para. 1 of the WpHG, that on January 11th, 2008 the percentage of holding
of the voting rights in Petrotec AG fell below the threshold of 3 % and on
that day hold 2.98 % (312,547 voting shares).

voting rights are attributable to Fidelity Investments International

(347,260 voting shares). The voting rights are attributable to Fidelity
International Ltd. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6 of the WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity International Ltd. from
Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting
rights in Petrotec AG.
