Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
GLG Partners Ltd., London, Great Britain, gave notice pursuant to § 21
para. 1 of the WpHG, that on March 17th, 2008 the percentage of holding of
the voting rights in Petrotec AG rose above the threshold of 15 % and on
that day hold 16.39 % (1,720,480 voting shares). The voting rights are
attributable to GLG Partners Ltd. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6
in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG. Both GLG European Long-Short
Fund and GLG Global Utilities Fund hold each over 3% of the voting rights
in Petrotec AG.

mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Petrotec AG am 17.03.2008
die Schwelle von 15 % überschritt und an diesem Tag 16,39 % (1.720.480
Stimmrechte) betrug. Die Stimmrechte sind der GLG Partners LP gem. § 22
Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zuzurechnen. GLG European Long-Short Fund und GLG
Global Utilities Fund halten jeweils über 3 % der Stimmrechtsanteile der
Petrotec AG.
