Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
GLG European Long-Short Fund, George Town, Cayman Islands, gave notice
pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on July 3rd, 2008 the percentage
of holding of the voting rights in Petrotec AG rose above the threshold of
10 % and on that day hold 10.11 % (1,061,446 voting shares).
