1. Correction of a publication pursuant to section 26 WpHG 02.03.2010 

Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG (insolvent since November 13, 2008) ,
Frankfurt, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on PETROTEC AG, Borken-Burlo,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000PET1111, have fallen below the 10% limit of the
Voting Rights on February 23, 2010 and on that day amounted to 9.92% (this
corresponds to 1146236 Voting Rights). 

2. Publication pursuant to section 26 WpHG 

Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG (insolvent since November 13, 2008), Frankfurt,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on PETROTEC AG, Borken-Burlo,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000PET1111, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on February 25, 2010 and on that day amounted to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights). 

3. Correction of publication pursuant to section 26 WpHG 03.03.2010 

The voting rights percentage of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc
Wilmington/USA. in the ordinary bearer shares of Petrotec AG, Borken-Burlo,
ISIN: DE000PET1111, fell below the threshold of 10% on February 23, 2010
and amounted to 9,92 per cent (1,146,236 voting rights) on such date.
The voting rights were attributed to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
Wilmington/USA pursu-ant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 German
Securities Trading Act from Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG Frankfurt/
Deutschland (insolvent since November 13, 2008). Lehman Brotehrs Bankhaus
AG, i. Ins. is a direct subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Inc. 

The voting rights percentage of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
Wilmington/USA in the ordinary bearer shares of Petrotec AG, Borken-Burlo,
ISIN: DE000PET1111, fell below the threshold of 5% and 3% on February 25,
2010. Since February 25, 2010, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. does no longer
hold any voting rights (0 voting rights).
