JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, informed us on 12 February 2008 about
this:
According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co. has exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting right of Phoenix Solar
Aktiengesellschaft, Hirschbergstraße 8, 85254 Sulzemoos on the 7th February
2008 and now amounts to 5.21% (316,362 shares) in relation to all shares of
the respective voting shares.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 5.12% corresponding 310,980 of the voting rights. Furthermore,
the attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.09% corresponding to 5,382
of the voting rights.
Also JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA, informed us on
12 February 2008:
According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Asset
Management Holding Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting
right of Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft, Hirschbergstraße 8, 85254
Sulzemoos on the 7th February 2008 and now amounts to 5.12 % (310,980
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.
All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG.
