in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG, Fabrikstrasse 6, 84579
Unterneukirchen, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15%
and on that day amounted to 16.22% (1,061,340 voting rights).
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Am Hauptbahnhof 2, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany,
also informed us according to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG that on Dec. 7, 2009 their
share in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG, Fabrikstrasse 6, 84579
Unterneukirchen, Germany, fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
and on that day amounted to 0.00% (no voting rights).
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg as emission bank in the context of a capital
increase of SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG entered into the Commercial
Register Traunstein on Dec. 2, 2009, had accepted 1,061,340 new no-value
bearer shares subject to the obligation to offer their subscription to the
shareholders.
