Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG, Unterneukirchen (Germany), ISIN DE000SKWM013,
exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.0789%
(corresponds to 201,515 voting rights).
Thereof, 0.764% (50,000 voting rights) were held directly, and 2.315%
(151,515 voting rights) were attributed according to § 22 section 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG (German Act on Equity Trading) (special fund).
