Kingdom, gave notice pursuant to §§ 21, 22 WpHG, that on 20 December 2007
the voting interest held by HEOS in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG of
Unterneukirchen, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG
and amounted to 5.60% of the voting rights (i. e. 247,464 shares with
voting rights) at this day. 

All of these 5.60% of the voting rights (247,464 shares with voting rights)
in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG were attributable to HEOS pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. All of these voting rights were directly
held by BriTel Fund Nominees Limited.

Mr. Andrew Gibbs, United Kingdom, notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that his percentage of voting rights
in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 25
January 2008 and amounted to 3.087% (136500 voting rights) as per this
date. 

All these voting rights are to be attributed to Mr. Andrew Gibbs pursuant
to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 and no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
