KNOB HILL WIND FARM AGREEMENT
Sea Breeze Power Corp. announced an agreement between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sea Breeze
Energy Inc. and International Power Canada, Inc. (IPC) for the development of Phase I (99 megawatts)
of the Knob Hill Wind Farm on the northern tip of Vancouver Island. International Power Canada will
become the majority owner of Phase I of the Knob Hill Wind Farm Development.
IPC, formerly AIM PowerGen Corporation, is a wind power developer, and a wholly-owned
subsidiary of International Power PLC, a leading independent electricity generating company listed on
the London Stock Exchange.
Specific terms of the agreement are confidential. Additional information is to be released at a later
