American States Water Company Announces Notice of First Quarter 2010 Results Conference Call
American States Water Company (NYSE:AWR) will release its first quarter
results on Thursday, May 6, 2010, followed by a conference call at 11:00
a.m. Pacific Time (PT), during which management will be making a brief
presentation focusing on the Company’s results, strategies, and
operating trends.

American States Water Company is the parent of Golden State Water
