Conolog Announces Design Extension of the CM-100 Platform to Provide Ethernet Transmission Applications
Conolog Corporation (NASDAQ: CNLG), an engineering and design company
that provides digital signal processing solutions to global electric
utilities, announced today adding Ethernet Transmission capability to
its CM-100 multiplexer with IEC 61850 protocol.
The CM-100 platform – A first of its type in direct communication
between substations is being expanded to include Ethernet transmission
for Smart Grid applications using the IEC 61850 protocol.
Marc Benou, President of Conolog, said “We plan line testing for the
third quarter with production scheduled for the first quarter 2011.
