eWaterOnline Making Drinking Water Safe with Water Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Ultraviolet Sterilization and More

eWaterOnline (www.eWateronline.net),
a division of CAI Technologies, Inc (CAI), is making drinking
water safe with water
filtration products, reverse
osmosis drinking water systems, ultraviolet
(UV) sterilization systems, water
softeners and a wide range of other products that can be easily
installed by the homeowner to improve the quality of the water that is
consumed and bathed in daily.

According to a recently published series of articles by the New York
Times (NYT) called “Toxic Waters,” severe contamination in U.S.
drinking water systems continues to escalate. More than 60,000 chemicals
are in use in the United States with only 91 regulated in the
now-outdated Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974. The articles state that no
chemicals have been added to the regulated list since the year 2000 and
it does not appear that regulations will tighten in the near future.

“According to the New York Times articles, in the last five years, more
than 20% of U.S. drinking water systems have violated clean-water
regulations,” said Bill Cook, Water Treatment Sales Manager at CAI.
“Cash-strapped municipalities are sometimes at a loss to locate the
funds required for proper repair or needed expansion.

“The articles go on to state that municipal sewage systems in some areas
are operating beyond design capacity and in three years over 9,000 of
25,000 overwhelmed municipal systems in the U.S. reported the release of
untreated or partially treated human waste or chemicals into rivers and
lakes.”

According to Cook, as alarming as this news is, the fixes are rather
easy using the wide variety of products available at eWateronline. Water
filtration and purification products from eWaterOnline eliminate
staining and remove objectionable tastes, odors, metals, sediments and
chemical and biological contaminates while neutralizing the pH and
making the water completely pure and safe.

The NYT articles also state that chemical, manufacturing and other
workplaces have reported more than ½ million violations of water
pollution laws in the past five years.

“We’re here to educate the public on the risks and deliver the solutions
that are right for each individual application to keep them, their
families and their work places safe,” Cook concluded.
