The Consortium presents HEIDI Awards to businesses and organizations
that exemplify diversity and inclusion practices in their workforce,
workplace and marketplace. HEIDI award winners set standards of
excellence for Hampton Roads communities and the Eastern Shore of
Virginia indicates the Consortium.
