LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM–(Marketwire – July 17, 2009) – Minera IRL Limited (AIM:MIRL)(BVLAC:MIRL)(”Minera” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Terry Streeter has tendered, and the board has accepted, his resignation as a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Terry became a Director in 2005 when he made a substantial private equity investment in the Company. His financial support and guidance was fundamental in establishing the Company. Mr. Streeter’s resignation from the Minera Board will allow him additional time to concentrate on his other extensive business interests.
