MeadWestvaco Corporation’s (NYSE: MWV) Board of Directors today declared
a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 cents per common share. The
payment of the dividend will be made on September 1, 2010, to
shareholders of record at the close of business on August 2, 2010.
