PHX Energy Services Corp. Announces December 2011 Dividend
CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwire – Dec. 15, 2011) – PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX:PHX) (”Phoenix” or the “Company”) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per common share designated as an “eligible dividend” within the meaning of subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and payable on January 13, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2011.
