RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend
of $0.20 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record
at the close of business on February 8, 2011. The dividend, which will
be paid on February 21, 2011, represents an annual dividend rate of
$0.80 per share.
